Developed by Bam and Nampurkar is a very picturesque home amongst the hills and woods for the rest, peace and action as desired by the individuals or group. It is located in GIRIVAN situated at village -Hotle, Taluka- Paud, Dist-Pune. It is about 10 KM from Paud bus-stand and about 40 KM from Pune. The height is 400 ft above Lonavala.
It has very attractive landscape with the waterfall (during monsoon) for shower and lawn-landings at 4 levels for people to sit and enjoy. The 4 self-contained rooms with all the amenities provide the luxury. Enjoying the cool breeze from any of the 3 terraces is a great experience. One feels like a bird (VIHANG as the name implies) from the top terrace. The scenario during the monsoon season cannot be really described. During other seasons also it is excellent due to thick vegetation. The local (gavran) food veg and non-veg is very tasty. The small playground provides enjoyment to children. It is nice place to take friends, families and parties.
There are many places near by with in radius of 30 KM if you wish see around viz. Landscape of Satyasaibaba matha, Pawana and Mulshi dams, Devrai , Tikona fort etc.
The Road map as well few photographs are enclosed. As you climb the Ghat of Girivan and look /drive straight, you will see and enter in VIHANGAM.......

The Girivan it self provides a good trail for hiking. Others are. Satya Saibaba math which is having very beautiful site having rose garden, Tikona Fort, Pawana dam, Mulashi Dam, Devrai etc.
