Mr. Naresh Khattar; the third generation of R.B. Rochi Ram Khattar & Sons, is the Chairman and Managing Director of the company. Having graduated as a civil engineer from B.I.T.S., Pilani he has a ten year, international experience in the construction business with the world famous M.A.N. A. G. Of West Germany handling large projects in Germany, Argentina, UK and North America. Since 1978, he has successfuly completed prestigious projects such as the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, Talkatora Swimming pool, Asiad Village, Hyatt Regency Hotel, Hilton Hotel, A. W.H.O. Som Vihar, Garden Estate and T.E.R.I. In 1987, he ventured into mega real estate developments and created the Empire Estate, Empire Plaza and the Empire Apartments I and II which are considered as major landmarks of Delhi.
The Avalon Resorts in Mussoorie developed by his company has the 'Gold Crown' resort accreditation by RCI and is considered the most premium among holiday resorts in the country. Besides, Mr. Naresh Khattar also owns Enaar Exports, an export house recongnised by the Government of India. The annual turnover of the Group is 30 crores. He is ably assisted by his wife - Rita Khattar, an interior designer who designs and creates the right ambience in all his projects and runs a social organisation Insaniyat.
