This is a family run business, based in the UK (South London) but has a Goan base too, to ensure every holidaymaker in our accommodation has local access to our staff for any advice required both prior to and during their Goan dream. We firstly visited Goa on the wise advice of my mother in law, as they seem to be the most clued up about what their daughters will appreciate. Like most, we fell in love with the place as did our children, 3 years old and 9 months at the time. By absolute chance we, came across a housing development, which tickled our fancy, whilst staying at the Marriott Hotel in Panjim. We were undecided but knew we would be back soon. On returning to the UK, we discovered that we were going to have another addition to the family, which immediately swayed us into planning for our return to Goa for the birth, as there are not many places that are so pleasantly relaxed, safe and that allow freedom of movement, so absolutely ideal for my family to spend time together and then for my wife to recover after the birth.

So six months later, we returned, knowing that we neither wanted to, nor could spend the whole time at a hotel and certainly did not want to give birth there, so we looked at apartments and villas. The quality and locations of many, were fantastic and the value for money, especially for families and groups of friends. So we decided to make available to people who were looking for alternative accommodation, apartments and villas for all budgets and requirements, together with reliable service that you would be accustomed to, like pick ups, maid/laundry service, chauffeurs and access to management and advice, etc.
Now, although we have an office in Goa, the main core of the business is still based in the UK. We are originally of a security and engineering background but have expanded into other areas as all good companies should. We now spend six months of the year in Goa and the rest in England so that we can maintain the high standards that our clients have grown used to.

A luxurious resort in the city occupy two low-rise wings, located only 5 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to down town. It consists of 500 newly refurbished rooms and suites situated amidst a well manicured 26 acres of gardens with two lake-sized swimming pools plus a modern sports complex. It is a premier property surrounded by lush greenery acres of grass expanses, tranquil lotus ponds and tropical floral all year round.

Maid service, pick up?s from train stations, airports or seaports, coach stations. Chauffeur driven cars, tourist information/advice, eg good tailors, cabbies, food, etc. Maid service : Most apartments /villa comes with a maid attached to them to clean the apartments/villa and laundry though ironing, shopping and cooking would need to be stated at time of booking in the special request section, as this will carry an additional cost as stated on previous pages, some villas/apartments may have cars and drivers attached to them. If not, you could hire your own driver for your preferred period of time. (See transport section) Buying Properties/Land : There are a vast number of Europeans, and other nationalities buying properties in Goa. If you are one of these people, making sure that you choose a reputable company, and solicitor is close to impossible from abroad. As ex-patriots based mainly in Goa, we have a database of reputable developers, tradespersons and solicitors that we have either personally used or been recommended.
