We Provide Services of Thailand Traveler is the only Hotel booking system on the Internet which allows you to create a personalized Hotel Plan for your Holiday in Thailand . You can choose among a multitude of Hotels by category, by discounted rates or by diversified seasonal promotions ( Special Offers ) the whole year around. You can add and remove any Hotel, change a room category or a booking period, according to your travel needs, anytime until you get your Travel Budget and our Instant Quotation done! With Thailand Traveler you can accumulate promotions! The more Hotels & Resorts you add to your Hotel Plan the more discounts you can get. Price Policies :- All published rates are valid from November to October every year and they are constantly up to date. Thailand Traveler always shows you the daily rates (today rates) per room per night, both in our home or Hotel page display. All published rates are inclusive of Tax and Hotel Service Charges. All Hotel Rates are fairly priced and non negotiable. Deposit & Payment :- All bookings are on pre-paid basis. We require a 30% advanced payment once you receive our confirmation letter about Hotel room's and Travel Services availability, which is send to you by email or fax at your preference. The balance payment is due 21 days before your check in date (arrival date) unless otherwise stated (*). Cancellation Policy :- If you wish/need to cancel or amend your confirmed booking anytime before the 21 days preceding your check-in (arrival date), a cancellation fee equal to one-day's stay will be charged, unless otherwise stated in our confirmation letter. If the cancellation or amendment is processed after the said 21 days prior to check-in (arrival date), the cancellation fee varies with the hotel concerned and unless otherwise stated in our confirmation letter, it is 50% of your room rate for the duration of your stay. Payment Receipts & Travel Documents :- We will issue a regular payment receipt after receiving your deposit or and full payment. Once payment is completed, we will send you a Hotel voucher (by email or fax), which can be presented to the hotel when you check-in. A separate Travel voucher/s will be issued if your request includes additional services not published on our website (e.G. Airport transfer, customized tour itineraries etc.). All Vouchers are issued by Going Networks Travel Co., Ltd (Thailand). Payment Forms :- We offer you different forms of payment either with a credit card or with a more traditional bank transfer for your convenience. We have selected among different forms of Internet payment services with qualified Internet Merchant Account and Financial Institution which enable us to accept your payment. They all apply strict regulations before allowing a company to collect money on the internet. Last Minutes Hotel or Tour booking services :- We can accept booking maximum within 7 days before your arrival. These bookings must be paid by credit card and in full only. Security :- It is your concern but also our concern! Your online Credit Card payment is protected by a SSL Security System which encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Privacy Policy :- All personal information, such as your name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number is private and confidential. Personal information is not released to third parties, except if release is required by law, or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties.
