With a goal to provide you and your guests with creative menus and friendly attentive service at competitive prices, allowing one to concentrate on the purpose of meeting or entertaining, Alfa Bhoj Limited was established on 15th January 1991 with Registrar of Companies, New Delhi. The company was promoted by Mr. Harish Bhasin to carry on the business of Food and Hospitality and other related items. Since its inception the company has created various landmarks in Hospitality industry as a result of which it's a well known and respected name in the industry.
In the year 1991 Alfa Bhoj Ltd. Established its first restaurant M/s "Alfa The family restaurant" in Meerut.
After the success of the restaurant in Meerut the group ventured in to the catering and banquet business and opened the banquet known as "Alfa Garden" in 1998 in the heart of Delhi at Pusa Road. The banquet is spread over 6000 sq. Meter land and is capable of catering up to 2000 guests simultaneously.
Again in the year 2001 the group further diversified and opened restaurant under the name and style of "Alfa Spice" at Pusa Road, New Delhi, specializing in Indian & Mughalai cuisine.
Encouraged by the resounding success of "Alfa Spice" the group further diversified into the Bakery and confectionery segment and in the year 2002 opened a state of the art Bakery which is comparable to the best in the industry.
After establishing itself in the Food and Hospitality industry M/s Alfa Bhoj Ltd. Further diversified into the IMFL , ( Indian Made Foreign Liquor) industry. The group is on the verge of completing Rs. 120 million IMFL bottling plant at Batala, Punjab, with equity participation of Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation. Industrial Development Bank of India has financed a sum of Rs 65 million against the project.
In May 2004, Alfa Bhoj Ltd. Ventured into an overseas venture in South Africa, Johannesburg. The company bought four restaurants in the heart of Johannesburg's financial and food districts namely Melville, North cliff Robertsham and Rivonia. The restaurants have come under the Alfa Bhoj Ltd. Management and since then have flared and shown great returns on investment and have become a hot spot for celebrities form every field who have an appetite for great Indian and Mughlai food.
As on date M/s Alfa Bhoj Ltd. Is present in all segments of Food and Catering supported by an ultra Modern Kitchen and qualified professionals. The group is well versed in the administration, production and sales and in managed by a core team of qualified and experienced professionals who are well respected in their respective filed M/s Alfa Bhoj Ltd. Has in a short span of twelve years created the trademark of "Alfa Gardens" and "Alfa S.P.I.C.E" which are respected manes in the Food and Hospitality Industry and hope to create the same standards in the IMFL Industry.
