We are the ONLY independant body in the Mobile Catering industry in the UK and one of the largest in the Inedependant catering sector we are not an insurance company or broker, we are here to help YOU! Keep you legal and keep you safe.

Established in 2004 with the Association represents Mobile Caterers, Sandwich bars, buffet and corporate hospitality caterers, burger bars, delivery rounds, takaways, pizza bars, fish & chips and almost anyone in the fast food industry together with Suppliers to the trade.

NCASS is the forum whereby members and those in the trade are able to meet and communicate with each other regularly in order to enhance their business, knowledge and skills

NCASS is a company limited by guarantee and is therefore owned by its membership and is controlled by a committee of members who meet on a regular basis and who are elected to serve the Association and it's members at the Annual General Meeting.
Any surplus funds that may be collected are used for the furtherance of the membership and the industry, under the guidance of the commitee.

Aims :-
To act as an alliance of Caterers together with the manufacturers and suppliers to the trade.
To promote the business of members and quality, hygiene and other standards applicable to the trade.

To ensure that members adhere to the current food hygiene regulations and subsequent NCASS Codes of Practice.

To supply services such as arranging insurance cover through our brokers, training courses, buying deals, newsletters, and other publications together with general and technical information.

To participate in trade shows and other events.
To develope closer liason with other organisations and government departments such as The Food Standards Agency and many others.
